WHAT IS THE RETURNS POLICY?
All garden chalet products are packaged and bespoke to each order. This is a not returnable product.
WHAT IF AN ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED?
If an item arrives damaged then do not sign for the order. You must ensure that the item has arrived in good condition when signing for the order, any damage claims will not be entertained in any case after 3 working days.
DOES GARDEN CHALET INSTALL BUILDINGS.
Garden Chalet is predominantly a sale and supply business, however we offer a separate installation and assembly service. We also work with a team of sub-contractors who can provide our customers with this service. The installation of all products is priced separately on a by job basis and the prices shown on the website are not inclusive of installation and re in no way indicative of the cost of installation.
HOW DOES GARDEN CHALET PREVENT FRAUD?
To ensure that credit card details are correct, Garden Chalet will crosscheck your credit/debit card details with the bank to ensure that the billing address matches the credit/debit number. This provides greater protection against fraud for all concerned. Garden Chalet does not see your credit card details, these details are transmitted to Bank of Ireland via the 3d secure payment gateway.

WHAT IF THE ORDERED ITEMS ARE OUT OF STOCK?
Garden Chalet strives to ensure that we have every product listed in stock. Because we deal with many different suppliers we are sometimes withholden to what their stocking levels are, and also a change in frequency of orders. . If the item is going to be seriously delayed we will email the customer with an estimated delivery time.
CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?

WHAT IS THE DELIVERY POLICY?
We will endeavour to deliver the products to you within 3 working days of your order within the island of Ireland, where this is practical. However, products are subject to availability and delays may sometimes occur that are outside of our control. Any dates specified for delivery are therefore approximate only. If delivery is delayed for more than 21 days, you have the right to contact us and refuse to accept the Products. Garden Chalet reserves the right to ship the order in multiple shipments and with any shipping / dispatch service deemed appropriate to the order. This will not affect the delivery time frame.
IS GARDEN CHALET ONLINE VAT REGISTERED?
Garden Chalet is VAT registered in Ireland, All product prices are inclusive of VAT. The VAT rate in Ireland is 23%. All invoices and receipts issued will have VAT detailed on them where applicable.
HOW DO I PAY FOR PRODUCTS?
We accept all major Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard) and Debit Cards (Switch, Solo, Laser & Visa Debit) as methods of payment. We process these using the provider Bank Of Ireland. We also accept payment through paypal and EFT.
