All info contained on www.gardenchalet.ie website should be considered for informational purposes only. Please read product manuals and use it accordingly. We are not responsible for your incorrect use of our products.

OUR PRICES

All prices are inclusive of deliver costsi Ireland.

Prices are subject to change at any time.

All prices are stated in Euros.

TERMS OF PAYMENT

All sales are subject to pre-payment unless stated differently.

Payment must be received in full before any products will be dispatched. You may be contacted if your payment fails our security checks and this will delay the dispatch further.

Here is a breakdown of our payments schedule.

· 40% booking deposit

· 40% pre-manufacturing payment

· 20% pre-delivery payment

There is also an option to pay for a bespoke chalet in full at time of ordering and receive a 5% discount on the price.

DELIVERY PRICES

We use 3rd party couriers for our delivery services and charge their standard rates.

Customers will be informed of delivery charge before ordering.

Currently deliver within Ireland is included in the price of the goods. Special delivery requirements will be calculated based on order weight, special requirements and delivery location.

All orders with products in stock can be dispatched same working day, orders made after 3.00pm are sent next working day.

Our delivery service will deliver your goods Mon-Friday between 8am and 6pm. Our carriers can not give specific delivery times.

COUNTRIES WHERE WE DELIVER TO

We deliver our products in Ireland mainland only.

DAMAGE OR SHORTAGE

Both private customers and retail customers need to thoroughly check the delivered goods for any defects within 2 days of delivery.

Notification of damage or shortages must be made to Garden Chalet Limited as soon as possible within 2 days of receipt of goods.

Notification of non delivery must be made within 15 days of invoice date.

Garden Chalet Limited is responsible for:

Replace or repair the damaged or defective products at its cost.

Deliver of the replacement products to the customers at its cost.

We do not accepts no liability for any loss resulting from the customers failure to comply with the carrier requirements with respect to notification of damage, shortage or non delivery of Goods.

AVAILABILITY

All products offered are subject to availability.

RETURNS

Due to the nature f the goods, this is not a returnable item.

NO UNAUTHORIZED COPYING OF MATERIALS

The entire contents of this website, including but not limited to: Text, graphics, logos and images, are the property of Garden Chalet Limited, its suppliers or its clients and are protected by Irish and International copyright and trademark laws.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

The Terms & Conditions (as amended from time to time) constitutes the entire agreement between you and Garden Chalet Limited regarding your use of this Site, and supersedes any other agreement or understanding, arrangements, undertaking or proposal, written or oral, between you and Garden Chalet Limited in relation to such matters. In the event any other rules, code of conduct, or other matter posted on this Site conflicts with the terms of the Terms & Conditions, the Terms & Conditions shall govern. No oral explanation or oral information given by any party shall alter the interpretation of the Terms & Conditions. You confirm that, in agreeing to accept the Terms & Conditions, you have not relied on any representation save insofar as the same has expressly been made a representation in the Terms & Conditions and you agree that you shall have no remedy in respect of any misrepresentation which has not become a term of the Terms & Conditions save that your agreement contained in this Clause shall not apply in respect of any fraudulent misrepresentation whether or not such has become a term of the Terms & Conditions.

NO WAIVER

No waiver by us shall be construed as a waiver of any proceeding or succeeding breach of any provision.

GOVERNING LAW

The Terms & Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ireland.
